Once you have settled on your design and put down your fully refundable deposit, as well as your planning fee (Starts at only £798, depends on your local council fees), we will produce and submit all of the necessary documentation to your local council, on your behalf. Our experienced team will manage all communications with the council from the start to the finish of the planning permission application, so you can rest easy knowing that your case is being professionally handled.
Depending on your circumstances, you may only need something called Neighbourhood Consent , instead of full planning permission, if this turns out to be the case, our fee will be reduced to reflect thee lower charge from your council, so that you never pay more than you need to.
